Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or new product launches.

Shipping Within India

All domestic orders are shipped from Thane, Maharashtra, India using DTDC Standard Shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Maharashtra: 2–4 business days

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days

• Other locations across India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

As most products sold are lightweight (such as bookmarks, stickers, and stationery), shipping charges are kept as affordable as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your DTDC tracking number (where available).

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to DTDC, delivery is managed by the courier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the courier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the packaging

We'll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution
