Every product is carefully designed, illustrated, and packed with love. As a small independent business, we kindly ask you to read our Returns & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or accidental purchases.

Please review product descriptions, sizes, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item

• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.

We will work with the courier service to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will discuss the best possible resolution with you.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind artworks.

Due to their unique nature, all sales of original artwork are final and cannot be returned unless the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

Art Prints & Stationery

Bookmarks, stickers, art prints, tote bags, mugs, and other stationery items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or an incorrect item has been sent.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom commissions and personalized products are made specifically for you.

Because of their personalized nature, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once work has begun, except in the case of damage during shipping.

Colour Variations

We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor, phone, or tablet screen settings. These minor differences are not considered defects.
